Shri Hastkeshar Panjrapole was established to rescue, shelter and treat animals in distress, and to nurse them back to health. Today, the Panjrapole cares for over 1,400 animals through a dedicated shelter and an on-site veterinary hospital staffed by a resident doctor.
It operates as a Section 8 not-for-profit company, governed by a Board of Directors, and functions as an animal-welfare CSR initiative supported by Oswal Group.

The Panjrapole was founded by Shri Babulal H. Bokadia and is dedicated to the memory of Late Shri Hastimalji Ghamandiramji Bokadia, whose lifelong commitment to animal welfare continues to guide the institution’s work.
That founding vision is carried forward by a full Board of Directors and a professional veterinary and operations team, ensuring continuity, accountability and responsible stewardship.
